Policy
IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING AN ANIMAL FROM ME, PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POLICY.
All animals and fees must be paid for by CASH, MONEY ORDER, CASHIERS CHECK, or PAYPAL. Payments made through PayPal will be increased by 3% plus $.50 for every payment made due to charges incurred by PayPal.
A 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to place an animal on HOLD. Checks will be accepted for the deposit only. This deposit must be received within 7 days of inquiry. PENDING status will be placed on the animal until the deposit is received. If a deposit is not received within the 7 day time period THE ANIMAL WILL BE RELEASED FOR SALE again. All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE UNLESS I have incorrectly listed the animal or in the very rare situation that the animal becomes sick, injured, or dies all monies paid, minus the paypal fees, will be returned. Final payment of the balance due must be paid in full at the time of pick-up. No checks will be accepted for final payment! Animals must be picked up within 14 days of the animal being placed in PENDING, HOLD or SOLD status, unless a different pick up date can be agreed upon prior to deposit being made. If the animal is not picked up by the 14th day or the agreed upon pick up day and I have not heard from the buyer, I will cancel the transaction and the animal will be back up for sale. Your deposit will not be returned!
Prices on all
animals are subject to change, at my discretion, unless the animal
is in PENDING or HOLD status.
All animals sold from my rabbitry are to retain my "BLD"
prefix. If a bred doe is purchased and the babies are born
at the new owners rabbitry then they may use their prefix for the
new kits but the mother must retain my "BLD" prefix.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY TRANSACTION AT ANY TIME, AT MY DISCRETION!
PENDING means an inquiry has been made and a deposit or pickup is to happen within 7 days of the inquiry. At the end of the 7th day that animal will either be placed on HOLD, SOLD, or back up for sale.
HOLD means a NONREFUNDABLE deposit has been received and is awaiting pickup/delivery.
SOLD means I have received full payment.
Most of my animals will be weaned and ready for a new den by 8 weeks of age unless I deem the animal is not ready to leave due to underdevelopment. I reserve the right to determine when an animal will leave.
You will need to provide transportation or pickup for your animal within 14 days unless other agreeable arrangements have been made between us. Delivery is possible on a case by case basis for purchases over $300.00, not including mileage. All miles incurred roundtrip will be subject to $.75 cents per mile. This fee is subject to change according to gas prices. Mileage will be determined through Mapquest by me. All monies must be paid prior to me making the delivery (no exceptions).
PLEASE NOTE: I will not guarantee color, mane, or show quality of the animal as it matures. These are beyond my control and I cannot predict how these animals will turn out as they grow older. I am still learning how to find the perfect animal; I am not an expert and will not claim to be one.
