      My name is Carolyn Charville.  I have raised rabbits since I was a kid in 4-H.  My parents had started a small 4-H group for rabbits and we use to breed and show New Zealand Whites and Reds, Palominos, and French Lops.  The New Zealand Whites were my main rabbit and I had raised several Grand champions over the years. 

     One day about a year ago I walked into my friends barn and there in his cage was the beginning of it all.  My friend had acquired a Ruby-eyed-white double mane Lionhead and he was gorgeous.  I finally talked her into selling him to me, I named him Casanova, and now Lionhead rabbits have my heart.

     From that point on I acquired a couple more then a couple more and now I have a Lionhead rabbitry that I am very excited about.  It's not prefect and I have a lot of work to do but I will get there some day.

     I am currently working on Siamese Sable, Sable Point, and REW  double mane Lionheads.  I am also going to start working on Blue Lionheads.  I also have some Lionheads that I breed just for pet purposes due to their color.  I have a Red Lionhead doe and a Japanese Harlequin Lionhead Doe that throw some beautiful colored babies for me.    

     I am a full time supervisor at a home for Mentally Retarded/Developmentally Disabled kids and adults and I go to college full time.  In between all of that I try to frequent local shows and some further away if I have enough free time to spare.
